Where is the override for npc portraits (and what are the sizes)

I'm trying to override naerieS.bmp, but for some reason her small pic is in a picture frame (black border). I've tried resizing, putting in overrides dir in documents and in game dir. Can't seem to get to work. I'm using 54x84 for small, 169x266 medium, and 210x330 large.

    Figured it out. Evidently I had a smaller version in the docs/portraits directory which seems to have overridden what was in the docs/override directory. You'd think override would "override" but in this case it did not.
