BG2EE Gifted doesn't allow installation

Hello BG forums, there is not currently a thread addressing this issue and it is severe enough to prompt me to register an account to start this one.
I was gifted BG2EE, and redeemed it through beamdog.com. The game shows up under the My Games tab of that website, however upon trying to install the game the installer says "Your account isn't provisioned for this title."
That means that while the game is currently live, I have not been able to even start downloading the game. I have opened a ticket with beamdog support however there is no telling how long that will take.

    Oh good heavens, no! :)

    We'll have the problem remedied shortly, just be patient. We've identified the problem, we just need to solve it. There's no need to email me, at least not yet.

    The problem is remedied and downloading has commenced. I would like to applaud beamdog for such a quick fix, even though my personal journey into bg2ee has been delayed.
