[Known 7020] [Known 7234] Import bug

So I have a bug with my import from a final save (nothing major but was issue in original game so I hoped it got fixed in EE):
Biography of protagonist is empty (like I said nothing major but still a bug).
Other bug I did have though:
Dragon disciple kit description of my protagonist also doesn't show, So that 2 is a little problem.
Another issue, he now has 21 constitution instead of 20 he had in the final save of the game. I am all for powergame champions but I like to be "fair" about getting them into powergame ability scores. I presume issue showed up with him geting another constitution boost from creating "new" character in BG2 and instantly it added another constitution score to him even as he got that ability point in BG:EE playthrough.
