Is there a bug with Hexxat's quest? (No spoilers please)

I've seen a few thread titles that seem to indicate a problem with her quest.

I'm asking whether or not that has been confirmed, and is it a show stopper if so? (i.e. is it better to wait for it to be resolved before trying to take her into your party?)

    I am stuck in the tomb and can't open the door

    @Eudaemonia Try taking the rod out of the slot.

    I can't cross the barrier. I don't know where is the problem ...
    Hexxat cross it but nobody can, and after a time Hexxat is also expelled.

    You need to beat the big boss of the tomb. He sometimes has some issues appearing properly or in the right place, so look around the entire tomb and try saving/loading a few times. He appeared to me in an entirely wrong spot immediately after a reload.

    Door puzzle quest seems completely broken to me no matter which of the four doors i open close they all just fail to work or open any of the others around. If someone has the exact sequence this would be great cause i am damned if i can figure it out.
