Scrolling west impossible with UI bar present

Title says it all. The only way to scroll west (also known as "left") is to either nudge the mouse in-between the Help button and the Options button or to have that side of the UI collapsed. It should scroll regardless of what button it's hovering over, as it does with the right side of the screen and the character portraits.

    I think I had the same problem even with bgee and what was causing it was the zoom in feature, try it at different zoom levels and see what happens
