Can't launch the game

Hello,

When i launch the game, he's opening and i'm on the main menu. But there are a lot of white square everywhere so i can see nothing.
Does someone have a solution?
Sorry if i made some mistake, english isn't my mother tongue

    Please, i need an answer, i paid for a game that i can't play.

    Make sure your graphics drivers are totally up to date; if they are, I'll have to direct you to support@beamdog.com -- send them your PC config and that screenshot. With any luck they'll be able to sort you out :)

    Might try redownloading the entire game. I've had corrupt downloads happen before.

    Tried it, still white square. I'm desperate...
