Sling to hit stacks with Strength to hit

Current Behaviour: the bonus to hit from strength also stacks with the dexterity bonus to hit, while using a sling

Expected Behaviour: only the dexterity missile adjustment should give you a bonus to hit with a sling, not the strength bonus as well

    IIRC, in vanilla BG2, didn't the strength bonus apply to sling damage only? I'm not 100% sure on this because I rarely ever used slings, but only the DEX bonus should be applying to the attack bonus and STR should be applying to the damage bonus.

    yes, strength only applied to damage, and dexterity only applied to hit, but now, strength does to hit/ and to damage, and dexterity also does to hit, strength should not be giving to hit as well
