quest entries in journal disappear

the done quest/quest entries in the journal completely disappear randomly

the journal entries work fine when I click on them, but the quest/done quest options come up blank

not sure what triggers it

    When you scroll down on one tab, you automatically scroll down on all tabs (yeah, not ideal). Try going to Journal and scrolling up.

    The Done quests becomes blank/won't scroll/displays only a few of the done quests/side bar doesn't work.
