BG2:EE New Player - Some questions

Hello

I am a huge fan of the series and playing BG2 for past 7 years and recently got the BG:EE and BG2:EE game and super excited to play with enhanced edition.

I am starting my first playthrough with BG2:EE and regarding to it Some couple of questions:

1. Link to official thread having patch change logs till date from start for BG:EE?
2. As of now, it is safe to play BG2:EE with Mods (esp. hosted on Gibberlings3) or should I wait for future patches/updates and stick to unmodded BG2:EE?
3. Interested playing BG2:EE with following Mods: (Notice the order, if wrong please let me know)

Installing BG2EE
Baldur's Gate II Tweak Pack v14
Version 8 of Romantic Encounters
Version 5 of Angelo
Version 4 of Amber
Version 9 of Auren Aseph Mod
P&P Celestials
Version 26 of Sword Coast Stratagems

Any of the above mods or other mods you recommend safe to play with BG2:EE?

4. Lastly, if not mistaken, the changelog of BG2 fixpack (Windows) v10 does not mention any compatibility with BG2:EE so should I skip this or safe to install?
