Viconia's MR blocking casting

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
I'm pretty sure the problem is her MR, it was failing roughly every other spell but I EE Keepered out her MR and then got 10 spells to work in a row.

I am using some mods, but I'm not sure what would be causing the issue. Currently have Wheels of Prophecy, G3 Anniversary, SCS and some BG2 Tweak Pack (the most likely offender) installed. I attached my weidu.log

    that is regular behavior with magic resistance. you resists all spells, friendly or hostile

    No it isn't, that was the case in the original BG1 but both BG2 and BG1EE use a hostile only MR.

    oh sorry I don't seem to have used viconia in an EE playthrough yet so I didn't know

    I forgot to mention that this is BG2EE anyway.

    The spells are actually failing, they aren't being blocked by MR. The reason I think MR is the culprit is because when I removed it the problem went away.
