Unmodifiable map tags, bug or feature?

I've noticed that the map tags can no longer be re-coloured without having their description edited. Is this a feature so we don't accidently mess up the map tags or is it a bug?

I often like changing the colour of them so I can quickly at a glance see what is where; shops get yellow, inns get green, temples get blue etc. so if this is unintended, I would like it fixed.

    The bug is: Color can only be changed if the text is changed as well.
    In any case, my text can still be edited. Not sure why yours cant.
