BG2:EE Multiplay observations and bugs

Greetings,
I have recently started a multiplayer playthrough of BGII:EE with my significant other and have already run into a number of problems that take away from the overall experience. I am also in the middle of a singleplayer playthrough.
As such, this thread's purpose is to highlight technical problems and bugs that seem to appear solely in multiplayer mode. All these issues can be consistently reproduced unless stated otherwise.
1. Response times are typically quite slow. This goes doubly for event and dialogue triggers within the game, as well as switching to another zone (Elementary Plane of Air in Irenicus Dungeon, Exit of Irenicus Dungeon). I attribute a lot of this to server load, and expecting an identical experience to singleplayer is probably rather unrealistic. Still, there it is. A little less lag would be nice.
2. The Djinn in the Elementary Plane of Air cannot be summoned. The cursor for item interaction disappears a few seconds after the first click and nothing happens.
3. When leaving Irenicus' Dungeon, the zone switch will not go through unless the guest player leaves. Even then, the loading time is enormous (we are talking way over a minute here). Also, Imoen does not actually disappear from the party after the cutscene. We decided to remove her forcably through the Reform Party menu. She gave the dialogue options for doing that in the dungeon of course. Unsure if this will interfere with the rest of the game for now, but she seems to have disappeared entirely (as she should).
4. If the guest player makes adjustments to the characters (quick spells, memorized spells) and leaves the game before a save is created, the changes will disappear when he reconnects, even if the host has been in the game for the entire time.
5. If looted by the guest player, items will respawn shortly after, allowing for infinite gold and items.
6. When a banter triggers, the respective NPC will first use his normal selection quote like in singleplayer mode. However, in multiplayer this quote will be triggered repeatedly until the dialogue window actually comes up. As in singleplayer, the sound overlaps.
Will update as things come along.
Regards

I also have the same thing, with loading areas, in specific chapters, there are work arounds for this like giving part control to the host before the chapster starts...
I hope the netcode imrproves, combat is janky, also with healing there is a slight delay. It's just lag really really bad lag.
