More spells than my spellbook can hold

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
As the title says. I saw that this issue was solved for BG:EE, but now, after importing my mage character to BGII:EE, I can see her spellbook does not show the 25th 3rd level spell. Is this going to be fixed?
