Umar Hills disappears from map

I got the Umar Hills ranger quest from the little boy in the Government District, but then went to do Neera's first quest in the Wild Forest and the Hidden Refuge. When I left the hidden refuge and went to the world map, Umar Hills had disappeared from the map, so I can't get there to complete the quest. Loading up an earlier save, before I did Wild Forest, Umar Hills was still there. So something about the Wild Forest/Hidden Refuge quest messed up my world map.

This is obviously very annoying, as I'd rather not have to skip the Wild Forest and lose my progress on it to get Umar Hills on my map.
