Okey so playing with the new NPC's and trying to invite some of the old one's have proven a bit how to say different compared to before. Normaly I would get a warning before one of the NPC's just up and leaves the party because of another usually in the form of some arguments or such but with the case of the new NPC's and some of the old they just get angry instantly and then leaves.
In the case with Neera - Edwin I had some warnings before with them arguing before Edwin joined up with me and I know from BG1 that they did'nt like each other. Now about 2 seconds after Edwin joins the party he gives me the it's me or her speech. In Keldorn - Hexxat case I had no varning before leaving the Sewers but the second I left the sewer Keldorn went it's me or her speech aswell which I can understand seeing as it's paladin - vampire. But again some kind of varning would have been nice.
What also differs here though is the fact that if I remove Neera or Hexxat they both say that it's a mistake but if I ever change my mind they go to their out of party place. But Keldorn and Edwin are both a whole different story they dont tell you where they are going for a person like me who's played the game so many times I know where they will go but for new players it would have been nice to add in the line if you change your mind I will be waiting here or there.

You cannot have both of them in the party at the same time. It's by design.
Do any of the new NPCs not get along with eachother? I'd like to make a game with all 4.
As for Neera she won't stay in the same party as Edwin because Edwin is a member of the Red Wizards of Thay.
