I think that'd be a pretty powergamey party... pretty much all specialists too. But I dunno, I've never played evil myself.
1 Inquisitor ( RP , as a caretaker , or a keeper )
5 Archers ( generic , devils ( chaotic evils ) ).
It goes...And goes... ( confirmed going to end in BG1:EE , without the alignments that particular )
I mean kens/mage,kens/mage... gets over the top , after a time...
I'm thinking about golems , ... They might prove a problem... And about the liches , ... I don't think they both have normal and magical protection at the same time , HOW EVER , other than mantles... Inquisitor is that's why... Dispels...
So I think it would be good challenge... Alas boring only if to prove a point Because it seems doable...
So, the question... I currently have a plan for just another full BG saga playthorugh, this time with custom 6 member party (I played with NPCs so many times I don't want to do that again...). And after a time of thinking I ended up with party of Half-orc berserker, Human fighter ( to be dualclassed to cleric in BG2), Human swashbuckler (dualclassed to fighter in BG2), archer, sorcerer and skald. Now, as you can see, there is one drawback to this party... NO divine caster (archer does NOT count).
And so I want your opinion... is it posible to succesfuly go through BG:EE without single diviner on another then the easiest difficulty?
Well anyway I don't think there's such thing as the best party composition. Just different.
@Demonic You can definitely do it without a divine caster. Just remember to stock up on healing potions.
