[Bug] Half-Orc Thief Skill Bonuses

Bug: The half-orc now has bonuses to thief abilities

Expected Behavior: If this is intentional it should be retroactive to BGEE, if it isn't then it shouldn't be there

    They were already there, but not described. BG:EE's half-orc description will include them.
