[Not An Issue] (For Windows) Imported items?

In the brief time I spent trying to play this newly released awesomeness that is BG2:EE, I noticed that after importing my final save (a whole other issue), that no transferable items on my character had in fact transferred (i.e. golden pantaloons, Kazgaroth items, Drizzt items). I was wondering, though, if this was intentional or an actual bug. I thought they were supposed to transfer. Let me know if anyone else is having this issue! Thanks!!

    I successfully imported the pantaloons. I don't know about the other items, but I expect that they would also work if the pantaloons did. Note that you do not start with these items in your inventory when you successfully import them. You'll need to search the area as you effect your escape in order to locate them.

    Ah, that might be it! I didn't see them in the IMMEDIATE area, such as the chests where the golem is, but I think you might be correct, as BG2:EE might have them in a different area or something. I will try the whole dungeon and provide an update - thanks for the help!!
