BGEE: Where the heck is Viconia?

So I'm doing an all evil run (CHARNAME - Fighter, Dorn, Edwin, Shar-Teel (Dual classed to thief), Viconia and one spare spot). However she's not at Peldvale at all. I've been through the whole map which was kinda hairy being level 1.

Has she been moved?

    No i started new game today 1.2 updated she was same spot as before i think. Actually i'm sure. That little corner in the top left of the map with tiny bit of road.

    She is definitely not there. I've searched the entire map several times now. How odd...

    Are you playing with any mods?

    Are you using mods? Some mods (like SCS) can move her spawn location.

    It seems despite a fresh install of BGEE an element of SCS is still lurking in what I thought was my vanilla game (despite me uninstalling it). She should be in the woods south of beregost now.
