NPC missing

I can't find Arenthis for the "Help Kamir the paladin" quest. I remember he used to be near the crypt where Hexxat's first quest takes place, but I can't find him in BG2EE.

Edit: never mind, I found him.

    Yeah they're fickle in the graveyard district about time of day. Have to be there like when the sun is up and full blazing. Close to dusk they disappear.

    I am missing "Am-Si" who should be at x: 1680; y: 3520 bridge district. He is the guy in bright red clothes who are kidnapping people and burying them alive.
