Best Bear Ever (Neera mini quests spoilers)

Hey everyone, I am having a hell of a time figuring out what to do with the quest "Where's Wilson?" in the Wild Forest during Neera's mini quests. It's the quest where Zaviak from the hidden camp wants you to find a bear named Wilson. Any thoughts?

    Wilson is an amazing bear, man. If you must know...
    ...Wilson can be found during Rasaad's storyline.
