Off-Center Item Icons in Inventory

The following items (and presumably many more) display off-center from the cursor position when you pick them up in the inventory. This makes moving them around in the inventory a chore.

- Amulet of Form Stability
- Empty Potion Bottle
- Small Shield +1
- Medium Shield +1
