Tagget Disappears in the Planar Prison (Spoilers)

Normally, after you defeat the Warden in the Planar Prison, Tagget is supposed to appear near you and express his gratefulness. However, after I defeated the Warden in BG2:EE Tagget did not appear near me, in fact, he has actually disappeared from the Planar Prison. I'm assuming he teleported to an incorrect area filename.
