Can't get into back of Slaver Compound

This is in the Slaver Compound in the Slums district.
When I first opened the door, the troll inside charged at me and I fought and killed it in the doorway. After that, my characters couldn't walk through the door to get to the child inside. At first I thought that the troll's body was blocking the doorway, so I rested so the body would disappear, but this did not fix the issue.
Reloading a save, opening the door, and running through it before the troll came to me fixed the issue.
Attaching a screenshot to show where I mean. I do not know if this happens with all doors in the game, or with just this one.
