What is meant to happen after killing Dragomir?

Ive killed Dragomir, hitting him with spells and silencing him and killing him before he attacks me, but after i kill him, nothing has happened? Hexxat tells me we are close to the treasure and i go through the weird purple/blue barrier thing, but thats it. Do i have to initiate conversation with Dragomir beforehand for something to happen? Just seem to be wandering around aimlessly and nothing is going on!

    Yeah, silencing prevents conversations. Try killing him without it.

    I got it eventually, killed him in a fair fight this time and all seemed ok!
