Rasaad's Quest *minor spoilers*

So I've been one of those people unfortunate to be hit with the memory leak issues, which I why I need to ask: what exactly is Rasaad's quest, and what triggers it? I found him in Trade meet where he hits his monk buddies, and then got him to join my part immediately thereafter. However, I don't have anything in my quest journal related to his quest to infiltrate the cult he mentions. Should that be in my journal? Where am I supposed to go next?

I have a feeling that the quest got wiped along with the other stuff when there was a memory leak crash, but I want to confirm.
