Notification for profile comments?

I've been poking around for this, but as far as I know, there's no such option. Now, this might not be a big problem for those that like to check their profiles all the time, but for me, a sloppy guy at best, it gets a bit embarrassing when I see comments made on my profile AGES ago without me giving them any reply.

Is such an option possible to be implemented at all? Thanks in advance!
