Crashes and more :( [Spoilers]

Any advice for problems I'm encountering?

I've had many slowdown then crash to desktop so I was just quick saving all over the place and battling through it, but then it crashed on my quick save. After reloading the save I found it had reset the quest so all the people I killed and the fog of war was back (I had just finished freeing Neera's captured friends from their cages by opening them in the correct order). I carried on just to see what would happen but when I got to freeing the people in the cages again, one of the guys wouldn't talk to me so he couldn't teleport away like the others did before.

Also had no cloak spawn for Hexxat and had to restart (but I did petrify the boss guy)

I also had to leave Dorn upstairs in the Tanner killer guy house when trying to solve the murders because his dialogue would loop in one of the rooms and he would constantly try it on with me ...

Finally, had a funny incident with a lich in the Bridge district. He cast a pit monster at so naturally I ran away but the summon followed me out the house and chased half way across the Bridge District before I just ctrl-jumped it (but that's probably not a bug as such)

    The crashes are mostly related to memory leaks that pretty much everyone is currently experiencing. I'm guessing it will be the first thing Overhaul patches, hopefully this week.

    Just make sure to save often and it's not too problematic, just a little jarring.

    If there's a patch coming soon I probably wait for that and then try again (and because I'm getting xcom expansion tomorrow as well :)

    Yea I am crashing any time I try to choose spells after casting Minor Sequencer or if I try to examine the Sword of Chaos given by the Djinn.

    I've put the game on hold till a patch comes out cause I can't play like that.

    When my game crashed during a quick save it reset my entire game. I was in the bridge district and could only go to the slums so Galen could take to me again. Strange things are happening in Amn...
