Vsync OR Edge Panning in windowed mode, please.

As an ATI user, I don't want to force vsync on everything through drivers. And I shouldn't have to use RadeonPro just for one game. The old Baldur's Gate 2 in windowed mode functioned just fine because if you dragged your mouse past the edges of the screen it would pan the camera around, but now unless you hover juuuuuust above the edge of the window it does nothing.

PLEASE add vsync. The screen tearing is awful.
