I don't remember characters complaining about fatigue quite this often in the original game, but perhaps it's just my nostalgia goggles speaking. If they did, here there would've been a perfect opportunity to reduce it for quite a bit, perhaps having them only say it when the issue first comes up.

Literally once every bloody minute is a bit too much.

    The main issue I have with resting, is that the game assumes no resting while travelling. To my mind, if the party is travelling for 24 hours, that would include time to rest on the way.

    What I like (experienced with Icewind Dale a bit more than the Baldur's Gate series) is resting, and then 5 minutes later one of the characters complaining about being fatigued (as if the rest didn't do anything for them because they weren't fatigued before resting).

    I swore at my own, beloved characters several times over that crap XD
