Hey!

Is the tactics mod (http://weidu.org/tactics.html) compatible with BG2 EE or are there any plans for it?

    Tactics is rather replaced by SCS and I recommend you playing with this mod

    While the AI of SCS is likely superior to the Tactics changes, there's some extra fights in Tactics that aren't in SCS (like Improved Illyich, Kuroisan, etc). Not that these are absolutely needed, but it would be nice to keep some of them for the extra challenge. Tactics is very old, though - I'm not even sure anyone is still working on it at all :(
