I can't trigger Dorns 2nd quests

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
I am pretty sure it has bugged, he is lv 14 and I am post underdark.

he died very early in the game, and he sorta restarted his banters (i have checked the order and its empty)

Is there any possible way to fix this?
