Graveyard district tomb bug and Korgan's book

I cleared the map (the 1st level with spiders) and when I entered the south tomb inside, I cleared that first room with traps, but when i did a quick reload they re-appeared (mummies, wraiths, skeletons). And I know that when i reach the room where the book should've supposed to be, it's not, but Korgan didn't say anything. Is it a bug? I can't remember in original game if he said something right away or later. And when I went back to that section with spiders and spider nest,the map was uncovered (black again) and I had to go through it all over again. I really hope that they can fix this,otherwise I have to put it on hold. There is not a fix for this yet,right?

    Now i can't enter any district in Athkatla. And Windspear hills, Watchers Keep and Trademeet disappeared from my world map. Fuck this,it aint worth it. Better to play original game.

    No I'm not using any mods. I see that this game has game breaking bugs which way too serious.
