in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
How do you solve which order of runes on the floor to use without trial and error or looking at a guide? doesn't seem to be any clues about the runes at all.

    If you look at the runes, they SORT OF look like numbers. That's how you know.

    I'm not kidding, that's really it. :/

    Yeah, the runes pretty clearly look like 1, 2, 3, 4.

    If you're still stuck, try hitting the runes in this order:

    top, bottom, right, left

    You must write your numbers different from me. I read the 1, 2, 3, 4 thing and still got the order wrong :) .
