Mods that add SIme as an NPC?

During your trip to Brynn Law (and if you assisted the Shadow Thieves) Aran Linvail sends Sime for some extra protection. Once you get to Brynn Law, however, she mysteriously disappears and her storyline (to my knowledge) never gets wrapped up.

I always found her intriguing and was wondering whether anyone knew of a mod that adds her to the game.
