ToBEE spoilers for new SoA content?

I've played SoA before, but not ToB. I'm inclined to play ToB first with a new char, and then try SoA for the new npcs and their quests. However, I'm worried that ToB will contain spoilers for the new npc quests. Does anyone know if that's the case? If so, I might replan and play SoA first.

Definitely play SoA first if you don't want NPC quest spoilers.
