Garren's Daughter Rescue bug

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
I killed firkragg and the mage, opened her cage, talked to her, and she says i need to get the key (after i opened the cage, and therefore lost the key).
Garren still says i need to rescue his daugher.

    I've had this bug before (in vanilla). I think what solved it was making sure I talked to Windspear's daughter before I went down to see Firkraag.

    I was kinda hoping for not having to fight firkragg again :(

    Try C:CreateItem("KEY09",1) in the console, and then stand near her (making sure she can see you) for a few seconds. That might do it.

    I've loaded again the bugged one, gonna try spawning the key

    spawning the key, and standing in sight worked like a charm, gotta love this community <3
