multi class bug

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
I've imported a multi class fighter/mage from bgee and now my stats screen seems messed up. Instead having fighter and mage experience separate, they both say fighter/mage. Not sure if this causes gameplay changes or if it's just a text error. I leveled up to level 8 mage when I was still a level 7 fighter. Iirc fighter should be leveling up faster?
