Location of new NPC (SPOILERS)

Hi,

I lost lot of time trying to find Dorn, less time to find Hexxat, now i lost many XP for my party members who will be immediately replaced. I don't want to do quests anymore before my BG II:EE party will be full: Me, all new NPC, optional NPC for all quests.

So could you please tell me where is:

Neera:
Rashad:

    It's written in the manual.
    Anyway Neera is in the bridge district, Rasaad is in Trademeet.

    The info buttons under the characters when you start the game says where they can be found. Neera is in the bridge district, Rasaad in Trademeet. Note that Neera's appearance won't trigger until after lieutenant whatshisface has spoken to you, so just run south a bit, then back up.

    And for people who somehow can't locate the two other NPCs, Dorn hangs around the corner of the Radiant Heart HQ (Temple District) and Neera's near the entrance where you come to Bridge District. For me she didn't appear at first, I walked past the site which triggers and event, but when I came back it happened.
