More stuff for you. Coming out of the Underdark I gained access to 3 forest areas: small teeth pass (normal), north forest (normal) and ... natural forest? I didn't remember this from my original playthrough so I checked Mikes RPG to see if there was a map of it... and indeed there is not. I'm assuming it has something to do with Neera's quest, but I never took her into my party (saving her, Dorn, and Hexxat for a second playthrough).

So yeah, I don't think I should be getting access to this area for no apparent reason. I also lost access to the Windspear Hills, although I think that might have been a result of the memory leak bug. That said, I thought that I had been careful to avoid loading any memory leak-corrupted save files (and actually doing a good job of avoiding them altogether by periodically exiting the game) so I think there's a 50% chance that losing the Windspear Hills on my map and in my journal is an actual separate bug, not just the memory leak thing.

    speaking of which, I went to the Windspear Hills after speaking to Firkraag again at the Copper Coronet.. the quest totally bugged out. After killing the disguised Paladins everything else failed to trigger. I then entered into the cabin and the game essentially froze in a cutscene (didn't actually freeze, it's just that it went into the cutscene and nothing happened... the bad guys never showed up and nobody else was there in the room).

    You can actually complete a lot of new content for NPCs without in fact taking them in your party. Regarding your other issues, we would need some steps on how to reproduce the bug in order to investigate further.
