Lothander not initiating the poisoned quest

As of version 1.2

It would seem that if you enter the Seers tent and use up the daily question before you talk to Lothander in the centre, he'll try and walk up to start the quest but nothing happens. It doesn't seem to matter to move areas, wait a couple of days, charming him.

I happen to stumble on this because I was sneaking around him, exploring the city without triggering his quest until I was ready to do it.

    Drop this edited lothan.dlg file into your override. I added a variable and corrected some of the dialog triggers so that you may ask the incorrect questions of the seer first and then get around to asking Lothander's question when you feel like it, the poison timer notwithstanding. Also, check the values of HelpLothander and LothanderMove and let me know what they are.
