BG 2: Polymorph Self Spell and Other Glitches

I've managed to work around this one myself, but I'll post this in case someone else has this problem.
I had Nalia use the "polymorph self" spell and transformed her into a gnoll. Afterwards--before turning her back into a human--I had my party rest. After a full 8 hours rest, my party woke up, and she was stuck as a gnoll with no option to revert back. It took me a while, but I finally got her back to normal by killing her and using a spell to revive her. I'm guessing this is a glitch because I tried using "dispel magic" first, and nothing happened.
On that note, Jaheira's "Harper's Call" spell doesn't work.
Another oddity I've noticed about my game: after some party members were killed/revived, their dialogue tracks were reset (Haer'Dalis + Aerie were cute the first time, but now it's getting old). This also seems to have cost me my romance track with Anomen, since it seems to have reset to before his...err...*spoilers*.

I used the "polymorph self" spell on my PC, and allowed it to run the full time limit as normal. When the time limit ran out (with my PC still transformed), it didn't force a transformation back into human. It just ended, trapping my PC as a spider. I couldn't use the kill/revive workaround as before, so I had to restart from my last save in order to recover.
