Voice-Subtitles Mismatch

I've noticed that there are somewhat random instances where NPCs are wrongly subtitled. As it's not a major issue I have disregarded it up until now, but now I'm starting to think there are a bit too many examples of this.
Unfortunately I can only point out one example at the moment, since I can't seem to specifically remember the previous ones.
In the above image I've encountered a female "War Elf", on my way out of the Underdark. As you can see I have right-clicked here several times to test out the voice, and what she actually says is the following:
Subtitle - Voice
I much prefer the wooded regions, but one must be flexible in these times. - The fair folk will inherit the earth.
Good day and hello to you. - Greeting, adventurers.
The "Few of the fair folk (...)" string is correctly voiced/subtitled. It's easy to hear from the voice that this line belongs to another character than the two other lines.
