Grand Mastery in Proficiencies not coming in correctly

According to the new BGEE 2 Manual, Grand Mastery (5 pips) as well as Mastery (3 pips) should give a -3 to THAC0 bonus. However, I created a Fighter with Grand Mastery in Long Sword and he only is getting a -2 THAC0 bonus.

I thought that, to make fighters more appealing as well as more effective, that BGEE 2 was going to go with -3 THAC0 bonuses to Mastery (as is in BGEE as well as what is documented in BGEE 2 manual). Is the BGEE 2 Manual incorrect, or is this a bug. Please tell me it's a bug, I've been looking forward to playing a vanilla fighter.

I'd like to see parity with BG:EE on this one. Or at the very least correct the in-game description so it reflects the bonuses you actually get!

Drop this .2da file into your override folder; it will correct the bonuses from specialization to match the manual.

That's odd--it isn't letting attach a file at this time. How odd....

Yes, another bug to add to the early list, apparently. not noticed yet by many ecstatic beta testers apparently..
yet, well present for the ones really using (or planning to use) the precise function.. */

@Mathsorcerer - Most files have to be in RARs for the forum to allow them I think

@SethDavis exactly. This was simply the first time I hadn't seen the "attach a file" option. *shrug* It is there now, so the wspecial.2da is available.
