Door to Thieves Guild don't open

So, I talked to Gaelan, did some quests and then my game restarted (you know the drill, visited areas appear as unvisted, enemies respawn etc.). I have no problem with that and do some other quests but then I want to do the Mae'Var arc. Thing is, I can't go in to talk to Renal. the guard keeps telling me that I'm allowed to, but the door remains closed. And of course it's not possible to open it via lockpicking.

Now, what is the cheat code to force open this door? Thx in advance :)
