[DUPE 5703] Slayer Change disappeared

I used it at the Illithid's compound and forgot about it for a long time. I wanted to use it when I faced Kangaxx but I realized I didn't have the ability anymore.

It was fixed when I progressed into ToB.

This happened to me as well. I was able to use slayer change once, and then I never got the ability back

This has happened to me as well. I wasn't able to use the slayer ability after one use.

Happened also, used it twice, seem to lose it when I got out of underdark.
