Party Fighting

This may have been reported but here goes.
I was doing the Nashkel Mines and i got to the end and fought the half-orc. He got confusion off before i could use hold person on him which ended up hitting Dynaheir. No problem right, she is out of the fight. I kill everything and move my party away, unfortunately she managed to hit Minsc with a shing bullet and now every time i turn party AI on Minsc tries to murder Dynaheir. As ironic as this is it is kind of annoying esp since every time he does he does berserk and tries to kill me.
Saving and reloading did not fix this for me, i suppose going back to an earlier save and reclearing the mines is next.
