Hexxat Underdark Dialogue Loop Bug

I have entered UD from Spellhold and Hexxat repeats the same dialogue all the time.It's frustrating and i can't continue the game..

Any solutions out there? I have found one from sm1 in the forum but he doenst specify how to do it.Im pretty noob.
The C:SetGlobal("OH_UnderdarkComments","GLOBAL",2) is the solution but i don't know how to apply and where?? Plz help

Edit : NVM i got the answer from the first post of known issues.Thx anyway ^^.
