Hexxat missing

After the section where you meet "Hexxat" in the copper coronet and take her to Dragomir's tomb and the plot twist happens, Hexxat claims that she will meet me in the copper coronet afterwards, only she is not there and I no amount of resting and the like seems to help. Anybody have this problem? I still have the quest "Hexxat's Request" in my journal.
