Maevar's Guild main door doesn't open properly

When you open the door, the door itself doesn't change state (it still looks closed even if it's considered open)

    I had several doors in the docks have the same issue, even the gate to the cowled wizard's house. It seemed to happen after I rested and the map changed from night to day. Can you remember if you originally opened the door at night or day, and does it only appear closed at the alternative time of day?
